OUTSIDE DROP OFF (CURB / GROUND FLOOR)

Your items will be left at the curb of the ground floor only (inside your driveway or placed next to your front door, garage, loading dock). This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.

  • Curbside / first dry area at ground level.
  • No room placement, no assembly, no packaging removal.
  • Customer is responsible for moving item(s) indoors.
  • Ideal for customers who prefer fast, budget friendly delivery.

ROOM OF CHOICE (NO ASSEMBLY)

Ensures your furniture is delivered directly to the room you select inside your home—whether it’s the living room, bedroom, or upstairs space (only one flight of stairs). Our professional delivery team will carefully place each item in your chosen room, leaving it in the original packaging to protect it until you’re ready to set it up.

  • No assembly, no packaging removal.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY (FULL ASSEMBLY)

Please, prepare areas where delivery personnel will pass through, cover the floor and walls.

Delivery FAQs

What does "curbside" delivery mean?

Curbside delivery means that the shipper will bring the package to your address, pull the truck up to the front of your house, load the package(s) onto the lift gate on the back of the truck, lower the lift, and push the package(s) onto the sidewalk in front of your house. If there is not an incline or stairs leading to your house, they may wheel the package(s) to your door (ground floor only). But, the point of curbside delivery is that the package(s) are too heavy for one delivery person to haul up an incline or upstairs, and it will be your responsibility to bring the item inside. It is also your responsibility to unpack the item, complete any necessary assembly, and remove the debris.

Do you remove packaging with OUTSIDE DROP OFF OR ROOM OF CHOICE?

No. Packaging removal is not included. Only WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY includes packaging removal.

Are walk-ups allowed?

No walk-ups are allowed for the OUTSIDE DROP OFF. One flight of stairs is allowed for ROOM OF CHOICE option. For WHITe GLOVE DELIVERY, please notify us if stairs are involved so we can prepare accordingly.

What does WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY include?

Room-of-choice delivery, placing furniture, unpacking, full assembly, and packaging removal. Scheduled delivery and COI requirements apply.

How does scheduled delivery work?

After checkout, we'll contact you to arrange an appointment window that aligns with your building's approved hours and any elevator reservations. Please confirm access instructions, loading dock details, and any restrictions in advance.

What is a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and when is it required?

Many buildings (especially apartments/condos) require a COI for deliveries. If your building needs one, please provide building details and requirements when you place the order so we can issue the COI and schedule accordingly.

What is assembly service?

Assembly service is the service of 'Delivery + Placing Furniture + Unpacking + Assembly' in the room of your choice.

Restrictions: Installation (Assembly) service does not include:

1) Removal and/or disposal of old furniture.

2) Hanging on the walls / hooking up any electrical wires.

Can I return my order?

We accept all returns within 30 days of receiving your purchase (customer is responsible for the cost to ship the products back). We do not refund shipping cost.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we do. You can apply for Snap Financing, Synchrony Financing, Progressive Leasing, and PayPal.

What to do if my building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?

We provide COI free of charge by request for any inside deliveries or deliveries with assembly. Curbside delivery does not require COI.

We need to know what are your building's requirements:

  • General Liability Limits
  • Additional Insured
  • Certificate Holder (Name, Address)

Sometimes the building management provides a COI sample, which can also be forwarded to customerservice@yourqualitydream.com.

Please include your order number and building contact information, as well as any restrictions and requirements your building might have.

We will contact you 24-48 hours before delivery and provide you with the exact day and time of delivery. We do not deliver without customer confirmation. Make sure you provide us with the best phone number or email to reach you before delivery.
