How It Works

Tell us within 30 days

Reply to your order email or contact support to start a return/exchange. We'll issue an RMA # and instructions.

Repack in original box

Items must be in like-new condition and in the original packaging for safe transit.

Use the RMA instructions to return the item. Shipping/handling fees aren't refundable.

Get your refund

Once received and inspected (usually within 48 hours), refunds are issued within 1 business day. Your bank may take up to 5 business days to post it.

Return & Exchange Basics

30-Day Window: We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Original Packaging: Returns must include all original packaging. Without it, returns can't be accepted.

Like-new condition: Items that are damaged or assembled (unless they arrive pre-assembled) aren't eligible.

Color-based returns follow the same process; additional shipping charges apply even on orders with promotional "free delivery"

Order Cancellations

Orders that have been picked at the warehouse, prepared for shipment, loaded for delivery, or scheduled with a delivery carrier are considered shipped and cannot be canceled.

Any cancellation request approved after order processing or shipment preparation will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, in addition to any applicable shipping, delivery, or return shipping charges.

Special orders, custom orders, and delayed delivery orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable once processed.

Shipping & Service Charges

Service fees such as in-room delivery, assembly, delivery or pick-ups aren't refundable (typical range $50-$250).

Doesn't fit? If a return occurs because an item doesn't fit through doors/elevators/space, return shipping applies. You may opt for ground-floor drop-off.

Special routes: If your order was shipped, standard return policy and shipping charges apply.

Pre-Order Policy

  • Certain products available on our website may be offered as pre-order items. Pre-orders allow customers to reserve items that are currently out of stock but are expected to arrive at the manufacturer or warehouse soon.

Estimated Availability

  • All preorder items include an estimated restock or availability date provided by the manufacturer. Please note that these dates are estimates only and may change due to factors outside of our control, including manufacturing delays, shipping delays, or warehouse processing times.

Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time the preorder is placed. This allows us to reserve the item and secure inventory directly with the manufacturer on your behalf. Once a preorder is confirmed, the item is allocated specifically for your order.

Shipping Timeline

  • Once the item becomes available and arrives at the warehouse, we will process and schedule your order for shipment as soon as possible. Customers will receive a notification once the order is ready to ship or when delivery scheduling becomes available.

Delays

  • While we do our best to provide accurate timelines, delays from manufacturers, freight carriers, or distribution centers can occasionally occur. In the event of a delay, we will provide updates and revised estimated timelines when available.

Pre-Order Cancellations

  • Because preorder items are reserved specifically for customers, preorder cancellations may be subject to a restocking or cancellation fee once the order has been processed with the manufacturer.

Order Changes

  • If a customer wishes to change or cancel a preorder, they must contact us before the item ships from the warehouse. Once the order has shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.

Category-Specific Policies

Custom & Special Orders

Custom/Special Orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. If canceled, a 20% restocking fee applies. Delays due to US Customs release don't qualify for cancellation.

Sale, Clearance & Outlet Items

Final-sale, clearance or discounted items aren't eligible for return.

Mattresses

Mattresses are not returnable and non-refundable.

Refund Timeline

Returns received are inspected within ~48 hours. Approved refunds are issued within 1 business day to your original payment method. Your card issuer may take up to 5 business days to post.

Order Cancellations

Orders picked at the warehouse or loaded for delivery are considered shipped. Orders on hold for delayed delivery and layaway orders can't be canceled. If already shipped and then canceled, standard return policy and shipping charges apply.
