We want you to love your furniture. If it's not right, returns and exchanges are simple within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in like-new condition and in the original packaging for safe transit.
Use the RMA instructions to return the item. Shipping/handling fees aren't refundable.
Once received and inspected (usually within 48 hours), refunds are issued within 1 business day. Your bank may take up to 5 business days to post it.
30-Day Window: We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Original Packaging: Returns must include all original packaging. Without it, returns can't be accepted.
Like-new condition: Items that are damaged or assembled (unless they arrive pre-assembled) aren't eligible.
Color-based returns follow the same process; additional shipping charges apply even on orders with promotional "free delivery"
Orders that have been picked at the warehouse, prepared for shipment, loaded for delivery, or scheduled with a delivery carrier are considered shipped and cannot be canceled.
Any cancellation request approved after order processing or shipment preparation will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, in addition to any applicable shipping, delivery, or return shipping charges.
Special orders, custom orders, and delayed delivery orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable once processed.
Service fees such as in-room delivery, assembly, delivery or pick-ups aren't refundable (typical range $50-$250).
Doesn't fit? If a return occurs because an item doesn't fit through doors/elevators/space, return shipping applies. You may opt for ground-floor drop-off.

Custom/Special Orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. If canceled, a 20% restocking fee applies. Delays due to US Customs release don't qualify for cancellation.
Final-sale, clearance or discounted items aren't eligible for return.
